* Members and guests should use an external route to bring their clubs to the swing studio. Clubs cannot be carried through the main building at ANY time *

* Please only use the 6 balls and studio tees provided in the swing studio. These are safe to use against the expensive projection screen as they will not mark and cut like personal balls might do. The swing studio balls are top quality balls but marked with "practice" to stop people accidentally taken them onto the golf course. *

* Please ensure that your clubs are clean and dry prior to using the studio *

1. Once you have started all the studio equipment, the touchscreen TV should be showing your booking;

NOTE: It is possible to start your session before your allotted time if noone is booked in already, however your session will end after the length of session that you have booked NOT the original end time of your session. For example, a one hour 10am session started at 9:50am will stop at 10:50am not 11am.

2. Either login using your Trackman login and password on the touchscreen TV, or use the "Quick login" button on you phone's Trackman app to point to the QR code on the top right of the touchscreen TV. For this latter option, you can use the displayed pin code below the QR code to login to the session if you don't want to allow Trackman to use your phone's camera;

3. Others in your group can sign in using the QR code "Quick login" method if they have the Trackman app, otherwise you will have to click on the one-person-signed-in statement at the bottom left of the touchscreen TV and add them as extra players;

4. At this point you will see yourself and your other members/guests listed. Press on each player to enter their "edit mode" and adjust their gender, handicap, tee choice if they are set incorrectly. You can change any Trackman handicap index that it might have assigned to you if it doesn't match your WHS index;

NOTE: All players must have handicaps entered before any course can be played.

5. Courses can be pre-selected in your Trackman account before logging in or can be selected once you have logged in. Each course can have its environmental factors edited (wind, rain etc) and course settings edited (putt speed, gimme distance etc);

6. After the session, please return the balls to their holder, tees to their box, glasses to the bar and leave the room clean and tidy.

NOTE: Should the screen freeze at any time, tap the touchscreen and click back or exit buttons. If this does not work then close the whole Trackman app and restart by swiping up from the bottom of the touchscreen and double-tap or double-click the Trackman app icon. It may take 5 minutes to reload so please be patient. Exit the calibration page if it appears then just re-login to Trackman.
